The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) is hiring 815 Principals and Teachers for Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas (OAVs) and Odisha Mining Adarsha Vidyalayas (OMAVs) under Advertisement No. 01/2026. The syllabus and exam pattern are now available for Principal, PGT, TGT and other teaching posts (Art Teacher, Physical Education Teacher, Computer Teacher).
The exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) with objective MCQs. The Principal paper has 180 questions (180 marks) and the PGT and TGT papers have 200 questions (200 marks). There is negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
