Age Marks — How 10 Marks Are Given for Age

Local Cadre Rule — Who Is Eligible Based on District?

Under the Presidential Order 2018 (G.O.Ms.No.124, 30.08.2018), for each unit of appointment 95% of posts are reserved for local candidates and 5% are unreserved. The posts are organised as zonal and district cadre (G.O.Ms.No.177, 04.08.2021). Only candidates of the local cadre are eligible.

• Engagement is up to 31 March 2027 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
