Selection Process
- Step 1 — Online Selection Test (All India Based): Comprises two parts — Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates must qualify BOTH sections separately.
- Step 2 — Personal Interview: Based on merit and post requirement, shortlisted candidates from the written test are called for interview. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview, as applicable.
- Final Selection: Based on 85% weightage of the online selection test + 15% weightage of interview marks.
- Test Centres: Candidates must choose two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II; no change of centre will be considered later. NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add a test centre depending on response.
- Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not automatically entitle a candidate to be shortlisted for the written test/interview — the management may conduct a multi-stage selection process (shortlisting/screening, written test, interview, or a combination) and may raise the minimum eligibility standards, as required.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the online selection test; admit cards must be downloaded from the website and will not be sent by post.
