Gurugram University Re-Evaluation Result — Latest News in Simple Words

• Gurugram University has put two new re-evaluation result notices on its Result Notices page: Notification No. 2601-018 and No. 2601-019. Both are dated 15 October 2026.
• They are for students whose December 2025 / January 2026 exam answer sheets were checked again (re-evaluation).
• The results come in PDF files. You do not need a login. You only need to open the PDF and find your roll number.
• This is not the first list. The university has been releasing these notices in many parts since June 2026. If you do not find your roll number in 2601-018 or 2601-019, check the earlier ones (2601-001 to 2601-017).
• Important: Both PDFs are scanned pictures. The text inside cannot be searched. So, “Ctrl + F” will not work. You have to zoom in and look for your roll number by eye.

• Step 1: Open the Result Notices page — gurugramuniversity.ac.in/allNotifications/resultNotice
• Step 2: Find the entries named “Re-Evaluation Result of Exams held in December 2025 January 2026” with Notification No. 2601-018 and 2601-019 (dated 15 October 2026)
• Step 3: Click on the notice to open the PDF
• Step 4: Zoom in and look for your university roll number. Also check your programme and semester
• Step 5: Read the marks or remark written against your roll number
• Step 6: Compare it with your old marks and save a copy (screenshot or download) of the PDF page
• Step 7: If your roll number is not in these two, open the earlier notices (2601-016, 2601-017 and so on) from the list above

Tips to Read the Scanned PDF Easily

• The PDF is a picture, so “search” will not find your number. Zoom in and move page by page
• The pages can be rotated. Use the “rotate” option of your PDF viewer if the page is sideways
• Use a computer or a big screen if possible. Small phone screens make small numbers hard to read
• Write your roll number on paper and check each digit carefully
• Take a screenshot of your row. It is useful as proof if you need to talk to the exam branch
• Check the notification number and the exam session (December 2025 / January 2026) on top of the PDF before reading

What To Do After Checking Your Re-Evaluation Result

• If your marks increased: ask your department or the exam branch how the new marks will be shown on your marksheet or grade card. Keep the screenshot of the notice
• If your marks did not change or went down: you can use the Result Grievances portal (link below) or contact the exam branch if you think there is a mistake
• If your result changed from fail to pass: ask the exam branch or your department about your updated result, and keep checking your Samarth student login
• If you are still marked re-appear: watch the Examination Notices page for the re-appear exam form and dates
• If your roll number is in no notice yet: wait a few days and check again, because notices are released in parts. If the delay is long, contact the university helpdesk

How Does Re-Evaluation Application Work? (As Reported)

• The application is online and usually open for about 10 to 15 days after the main result (as reported by an education website)
• Use the Re-Evaluation portal on the official website: gurugramuniversity.ac.in/Re-Evaluation/
• Enter your enrollment number, choose the subjects, and pay the fee online. The fee per subject is given in the official notice for each result
• Download your payment receipt and keep it safe
• The result then comes as a PDF notice on the Result Notices page
