OMR Answer Sheet & Examination Guidelines

• Use BLACK BALL POINT PEN ONLY for marking answers and all other entries
• All entries must be confined to the area provided on the OMR Answer Sheet — no stray marks
• Carefully fill your Roll Number, Application Registration No., Question Booklet No. and Series
• Mark your answer only in the appropriate circle against the correct question number, and shade the circle dark and completely
• Fill only one response per question — more than one response is treated as a wrong answer
• Do not fold, tear, mutilate or otherwise damage the OMR sheet
• The answer sheet has two copies — the Original and the Candidate copy — do not try to separate or displace them while answering
• After the exam, hand over the original copy of the OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator
• Do not use the answer sheet for rough work
• You will be solely responsible for any wrongly filled Roll Number or other particulars — such OMR sheets will not be evaluated
• Remain in your allotted seat; you may leave the hall only with the invigilator’s permission, as per exam rules
• Listen carefully to all announcements made by the invigilator before and during the exam
