What is an “E-Dossier”? In simple words, it is an online folder where shortlisted candidates upload scanned copies of their certificates and documents — like degree, B.Ed., caste certificate, and ID proof — so DSSSB and the department can check them before giving a final nomination. |

What Is a TGT, and What Does the Job Involve?TGT means Trained Graduate Teacher. A TGT usually teaches students from Class 6 to Class 10 in a government school. A TGT (Sanskrit) specifically teaches the Sanskrit language and its related subjects at this level. This is a regular, permanent government teaching job — not a contract or temporary post — under either the Directorate of Education (Delhi Government schools) or the New Delhi Municipal Council. TGT posts under the Directorate of Education, Delhi, are normally placed in Pay Level-7 of the pay matrix (around ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400), plus Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits that regular Delhi Government employees get. Please treat this pay figure as a general guide — your exact pay level and starting basic pay will be confirmed in your appointment letter. |
