Preparation Plan – Physical Test, Written Exam & Local Dialect

• Physical test (100 marks is the biggest part): Practise all 5 events – 100 metre run, 800 metre run, long jump, high jump and shot put. Each event carries 20 marks
• Running: Run 4 to 5 days a week. Slowly improve your 800 metre time. Do short fast runs for the 100 metre event
