If Level 5/4 vacancies in a discipline remain unfilled, they will be downgraded and filled from Level 3/2 of the same discipline. Tie-Breaker: If two or more sportspersons score identical marks, preference is given to the younger candidate. Final appointment offer is purely merit-based, and selection is only made for candidates who fit into the Western Railway Sports Association (WRSA) team.
