What Is a Dummy Admit Card? (Easy Explanation)

A dummy admit card is a trial copy of your admit card. It is not for entering the exam hall. BSEB gives it so that students can check all the details first and fix mistakes before the final admit card is printed. Mistakes at this stage are easier to fix than later.

• It helps you find errors in name, parents’ names, date of birth, photo, subjects and other details.
• The final admit card and later documents (like the marksheet) use the same data. So a small error now can cause big trouble later.
• It is shared by the board, schools and students together, so schools also have a role in correction.
