- Professional Knowledge (Officer posts only – 80 marks): Banking, finance, cooperation, accounting, computer and banking software, and your post-related subject. This is the biggest section for Officer posts, so give it the most time.
- Marathi Language: Grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, sentence correction, and Marathi words used in daily and office work.
- English Language: Reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, error spotting, and sentence improvement.
- Reasoning: Puzzles, coding-decoding, blood relations, syllogism, series, seating arrangement, and logical questions.
- General Awareness / General Knowledge: Current affairs, banking awareness, Maharashtra news, Jalna district, cooperative banks, RBI, and government schemes.
- Quantitative Aptitude / Numerical Ability: Simplification, number series, data interpretation, percentage, profit and loss, time and work, and basic arithmetic.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer, MS Office, internet, MS-CIT topics, and banking software basics. This is useful for Clerk and Banking Officer posts.

How to Prepare in the Last 7 Days Before 13 November 2026
- Revise, do not start new topics: In the last week, revise your notes, formulas, and important banking terms. Do not start a big new chapter now.
- Practice mock tests in exam time: Take 1 full mock test daily in the same time as your exam – 75 minutes for Clerk and 120 minutes for Officer posts. Check your speed and accuracy.
- Focus on Professional Knowledge for Officer posts: It is 80 marks out of 180. Even 10 extra marks here can change your rank.
- Practice Marathi and English daily: Both languages are tested. Read Marathi news for 15 minutes and English news for 15 minutes every day.
- Revise current affairs of the last 6 months: Focus on banking news, RBI, Maharashtra government schemes, and Jalna district news.
- Do not guess too much: Because of 0.25 negative marking, leave a question blank if you have no idea. Attempt only when you can remove at least 2 wrong options.
- Keep your admit card and ID ready from today: Print 2 copies of the admit card, keep your original ID and photocopy in one folder, and keep a pen ready. Do not search for them on the morning of 13 November.
- Visit your exam centre a day before, if possible: Check the route, travel time, and traffic. Plan to reach by 7:30 AM, so you are safe even if there is a delay.

- Problem: Website is not opening / server is slow. Solution: Try again after some time, use Chrome browser, and do not open many tabs. Early morning is usually faster.
