• TS SBTET is a different board for Telangana (website sbtet.telangana.gov.in). Do not use the Telangana website for AP hall tickets.
• AP POLYCET is the entrance test to get admission into diploma courses. It is not the same as the SBTET semester hall ticket.
• This post is only for AP SBTET Diploma semester exam hall tickets.

This is not confirmed for all schemes, so please check your own subject dates on the hall ticket and the official time table before you go.

How to Download AP SBTET Diploma Hall Ticket 2026 — Step by Step

1. Open the official hall ticket page: sbtet.ap.gov.in/APSBTET/downloadDiplomaHallticket.do
2. Enter your PIN and fill the other details asked on the page (for example scheme or captcha, if shown).
3. Complete the verification (captcha) if it is shown.
4. Click the Submit button. Your hall ticket will open on the screen.
5. Check your name, PIN, photo, subjects and exam centre carefully.
6. Download the hall ticket and take a clear print. A colour print is better so the photo is clear.
7. Keep one soft copy on your phone and two or three extra printed copies as a backup.

Tip: If the page is slow, wait a few minutes and try again. Many students open it at the same time. Use Chrome or another updated browser, and a computer or laptop if possible.

What Details Are Written on the Hall Ticket? Check Before You Print

• Student name and PIN (hall ticket number)
• Photo and signature
• Course / branch and semester or year
• Scheme (such as C-23, C-20 or C-16)
• Subject names and subject codes
• Exam date and exam session (morning or afternoon)
• Exam centre name and address
• Important instructions for the exam

If anything is wrong: If your name, photo, subject or centre is wrong, contact your college Principal, HOD or examination branch at once. They will inform the Board. Do not wait for the last day.

Hall Ticket Eligibility Rules — Why Your Hall Ticket May Not Come

• Paying the exam fee alone does not give you a hall ticket. You must also be eligible under the rules.
• Hall tickets depend on your final attendance, which is recorded and posted on the portal by your HOD. If attendance is not updated or you are short, the hall ticket may not be generated.
• Your college Principal and HOD must verify the hall ticket details. Check with them if your hall ticket does not appear.
• Candidates who are not eligible but still write the exam lose the fee and their exam is cancelled.
• In the last notice, all final-semester (5th semester) students had to pay the certificate fee, or the hall ticket was not generated. Check if this rule is in your notice.
• In the last notice, hall tickets could be downloaded about one week before the exams started.

Note: The points above come from the Board’s March / April 2026 exam notice. The Oct / Nov 2026 notice may have small changes, so read your own notice from the official website.

Hall Ticket Not Showing? Common Problems & Easy Fixes

• PIN not found / invalid: Check your PIN carefully (no extra space). If it still fails, ask your college office to confirm your PIN.
• Hall ticket not generated: Meet your HOD or Principal. It is often due to attendance not updated, fee not completed or details not verified.
• Website not opening: Try again after some time or in a different browser. The site can be slow on the first days.
• Photo is blurred or missing: Tell your college. They will ask the Board to correct it.
• Wrong subject or centre: Report it to the college examination branch before the exam, with a screenshot of your hall ticket.
• Printing problem: Download the PDF again and print from a computer. Do not print from a low-quality screenshot.
